I'd go with more normal-looking shoes in a darker colour for a more mature look. Personally I think tan looks nice with pastels and can be brought in with bags, accessories and shoes - tan boots, white tights, white cutsew like >>8404616 and tan bag/blouse, with small white hairbow. I wouldn't go for the gloves as they seem pretty out of place with your current coord.
