2 questions

1. Would using some sort of LED/Arduno setup be the best way to do the "blade" portion of her sword? If so what would be the best way to go about it?

2. How can I do those drills? I tried wrapping a portion of the wig on a PVC pipe and shaping it with Got2be (failed) and I tried using a method ArdaWigs suggested which involved Wire, Tape, Glue, and Got2be (failed).
