Anyone have some advice on a rather simple tattoo?

Also hair?

My current ideas for tattoo:

Are these good options?
Also do I have to spray on the sealer, can I apply it to a paper towel and dab it on my face? Rather avoid spraying around my eyes

Hair:
My hair is thin and wavy and curls at the ends, what kind of hair product should I use to keep it set, pulled back, and straightish?
