thanks! hopefully we'll be able to do anything with the whole virus thing happening...i'll probably post a pic or two on here for reviews. i've just recently started doing guzheng covers! i'm trying to branch out with my covers since a lot of people just do chinese pop music. also, as far as being SE asian goes, i don't think it's a big deal unless you live in SEA in a country with bad blood against china. hanfu enthusiasts are generally praised no matter what race they are (and it's not like white people will be able to tell or care if asians "appropriate or whatever"). pic related is westerners in china participating in a hanfu appreciation event. even many of the pro-han chinese groups are happy about foreigners wearing it.
you can buy the forehead decorations as stamps actually! i just don't because hanfu sellers will generally send some. 花钿眉心贴 will get you a lot. hanbok store i linked advertises real korean fabrics, and looked the best, but it is pricey!

the pink phoenix feathers one i bought is sold out from the store i got it, but a quick image search shows me it's available elsewhere. listing below looks pretty good and has reviews with photos! but of course you can shop around more.
