Sorry for the terrible lighting and my hair being wet and everything. I actually just wanted to post to get some advice

How would you coordinate this dress so it looks more put-together? It's navy blue, and the cardigan is a brownish greyish colour, my shoes are blue but I feel like I have no idea how to make my clothes look like an outfit and not just clothes I threw on.

Also, could anyone suggest some kind of boot or pretty much any flat footwear which won't make my legs look horribly fat? Admittedly, I feel like all shoes make my legs look fat so it might just be a case of my legs always looking fat but any help would be appreciated anyway.
