I will imply your interest is genuine and try to give you a reasonable answer to you question.

The short answer is, the more feminine the better (given you actually go for lolita and not adjacent styles like male EGA etc.), and the more obvious your typically male features are the harder you will have it within the community. Bonus points for decent social skills.

Long answer is due to a long history of creeps doing creepy things, large parts of the lolita community have at least become wary of males wearing lolita, with some being outright against it, although only very few will be openly vocal about it on social events or platforms due to the progressive tendency of most comms. People will leave you be for the most part if you put in the effort and objectively(!) look good in what you wear, means your coord looks decent and you groom yourself. If you manage to show some social skills and hold yourself back as well, then you are fine to go and people will leave you be. Unfortunately though, if you do not manage to get the first part right, people tend to err for the side of caution and keep their distance from you. The acceptance threshold and general standard at which you will be "measured" however varies greatly from comm to comm. And yeah, based on that it should be clear that some guys have it harder than others when it comes to reaching this goal. I would say the lolita community has very clear ideas about what it wants the fashion to be where other scenes and styles might be much more lenient and open to "unorthodox" takes.

Or to put things into perspective, if you want to sport the man in a dress look, some will maybe support you from a be whoever you want point of view, but the majority will judge you for this and at worst even slander you for it from the back, even if you don't necessarily directly interact with the community, see >>10887583.

I'm also having massive issues with shipping from China right now. 42agent has been trying to send out my package via SAL for about a month, but it's always returning from customs office with 17track saying it cannot be exported to the destination country. Before they sent it out again for the 3rd time, they mentioned air shipping capacities are exhausted which is why a bunch of parcels of them have been returning.

Does anyone else have this problem? Would an upgrade to services like FedEx or DHL help?
