Haha what most guys actually mean by this is that they like makeup that looks 'natural,' to them this is the equivalent of 'no makeup.' When they see a girl without makeup they call her ugly, unkept, lazy, boring, and/or tired, because -surprise-, women aren't as pretty when they don't have any makeup on.
