Less ruffles and bustles, a simpler silhouette like you can get from Boz or Moitie is very casual in my opinion. Outerwear being such a big part of it also makes aristocrat seem less costumey.

As for other themes I think Excentrique is one brand that sells clothing with a similar style and silhouette but different colors. And then you get the recent underskirt lolita trend which can look a little like classic/sweet aristocrat.
