Would it be okay to buy one of these mermaid tail skirts on Etsy or should I get it custom made? Of course, it's cheaper on Etsy ($50) but I wasn't sure if I should shell out more just to ensure that it's great quality. I've already asked two commissioners. One I couldn't find any reviews for (so idk if I'll actually use them) said they could do it for $150 while the other (that has way more cosplay photos on their Facebook page) said they could do it starting at $250. I just really don't know.
