Is it weird to pair true white with ivory?

I just got my dress in the mail today and the fur trim definitely as an ivory/off-white hue, but the little poms are a true white.
I was planning on wearing a white bolero but if I look closely enough I can tell the difference between it and the fur's color.

Would people have a problem with this or should I look into getting another bolero? Perhaps an ivory or sax one? I wish I could have bought the sax bolero that was released with the set...

Sugar Dream Dome in sax.
I'm aware of a few auctions going on right now, but I'm not holding my breath. I got to see this jsk in pink in person and it's not something I'd be willing to shell out more than $450 on. Yes, I understand desirability and all that but I think people are really fucking themselves to pay over $500 right now.
