For long fingers it really depends on how much articulation you want. Several places will make ones that use rigging to recreate your finger motion but are pretty pricey and may come with a long lead time. DIY (wood or 3d printing) is also an option if you have the time and patience.
If you don't care too much about articulation and just want the length, then a foam cylinder or something firmer like PVC pipe would probably work. Just get it around the first and/or second digit of your real fingers.
