not all office fashion is Japanese fashion.
stuff styled to fit japanese fashion standards specifically is jfashion.
this can include suits, but not always. blowing off fashion that fits japanese fashion standards worn commonly by japanese people (not for business, but for leisure) as suddenly "not japanese fashion" does not make sense to me.
I do not see westeners commonly wearing stuff like pic related.

if you would argue that my original examples were not the best, I'd rather you ask me for more examples than cling to "HURR DURR IT LOOKS LIKE BUSINESS WEAR" which I will gladly do.
in return for my elaboration, I'd prefer if you were to also post examples of what you personally consider "casual jfashion" so I can see where exactly your bias lies.
