/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I would like to wear a collar every day, specifically Poison's from Street Fighter/Final Fight.A nice /a/non gave me a post about materials and steps to make it, but as I'm having a hard time finding nearby places that have the stuff, and I'm on a time limit(moved to a small town,waiting to be admitted into job corps) I would think it'd be easier to just buy them. However, I've looked on ebay, google and a bunch of japanese sites that were present on the /a/ buyfag guide, no dice. I'd like to eventually cosplay, so the hat and outfit would be something for a few years down the line, but the collar is my main goal atm. Attached is a closeup of a fig I bought, for reference. Someone directed me to this board, so I'm hoping yall know of a site that does custom accessories, or something like that. I'm painfully new to cosplay/anime in general.
