I'm more bemused by you using your coord-in-progress as part of the decor; will it change the balance of the room if you decided to work on a blue coord instead of black/white/pink or do you intend to keep only black/white/pink coords up?

And to answer your original question. Black x white x pink is a pretty common colour scheme. Go careful with the balance and the shade of pink, though. It's a colour combo that can easily get too heavy or too bright.
