I don't know where the exact skirt is from, but I know for a fact that Excentrique makes similar corset skirts to that, so maybe you can start there? Their skirts are twice the price of normal skirts but legend has it that the quality is great.

I actually think that battenburg lace parasols can be gorgeous, but they only work with specific looks (gothic or classic with little or no print)
The problem is that many don't know how to us them as a texture in their coord.

pic related: gorgeous. She used it as texture in a monochromatic coord and it works beautifully. The same parasol with an AP print would look awful.
