Similar eyelets, but three prongs instead of two. Search terms "heavy metal"/"punk"/"goth" "eyelet"/"grommet"/"rivet" for similar styles with similar caveats.

Grommets do not continue around the whole belt, colors aren't exact, fashion brand so will be relatively pricey and will have to find secondhand.

Alternatively - there are double-prong belts without grommets, you could make and affix your own square pieces onto them (made out of foam painted to look metallic, or whatever). This would be time-consuming and does run the risk of the pieces falling off, though. Looking at the design of your pictured belt, it looks distinctive in that video-gamey/fictional way that makes me think it's not based on a truly existing belt style.
