I'm probably just an idiot regarding this but has anybody ordered anything from stores like To Alice or Rainbow Star ( at lest I think thats the name of the store? It's mianyangrouchuanguo.taobao )

From what google translate is telling me everything seems to be like.. reserve? or preorder or something?? I thought this was understandable for stuff thats like 20-30 yuan but then I noticed the red text in the description of everything saying something about group order deposits...

I'm trying to bulk out my normie closet since I haven't actually bought clothes for myself in something close to 8 years but these two are pretty much the only places with stuff I like I just... have no idea if they're actually orderable to arrive quickly or not.
