Update for the Rowley cosplay: got the EVA foam and the heat gun:

Realized I forgot to get something that'll prevent the head from going haywire. Would this do the trick (still gonna cover it with foil and put it over the helmet once it's done) or is that redundant?

Open for suggestions as well.

Going to be starting painting the shirt also. What do you guys usually use to keep the shirt in place while drying up? I usually use tool clamps and a wood board to hold it in place while I stenciled in the design on poster board, but I don't live in a place that has those tools anymore.
