I'd imagine you'd want to review things that are related to your content, lolitas won't care if you're reviewing final fantasy 7 or whatever.
I personally don't watch unboxing for exactly the reason you're describing, if I can't buy it I don't care. I'd focus on things that aren't limited or don't have much feedback but have the potential to be cool items. For example recently I was looking for some shoe reviews but didn't see any in English for the specific taobao brand I was looking up. Being specific with your reviews is better too imo, I'll hear reviewers say stuff like, "oh it looks really nice!" But that doesn't actually tell me much about the quality of the item. What's the fabric feel like? Is it breathable or warm? Is it soft or rigid? Does it smell like a weird Chinese factory?
Doing reviews after a few wears is super nice too, esp with things like parasols, bags, shoes, and petticoats, since those things can wear out faster depending on different conditions. For example, my AP parasols are kinda garbage for windy places.

That all said, I guess you could do reviews on things tangentially related to cutesy lifestyle stuff. Maybe teas, cute dishware, makeup, haircare, kawaii home goods, iono. I'd watch it.
