I feel like when people think of Korean plastic surgery they think of girls like pic related. or OP's pic. That kind of look may have been a trend in Korea in the past, but now it's more about looking as natural as possible, which also means it's more of enhancing features than changing them entirely.

I actually just got back from getting my eyes and nose done in Gangnam a few weeks ago. I cosplay and it's made putting on makeup and feeling cute a lot easier. My results came out completely natural to the point where even my close friends couldn't tell exactly what I had done.

>Koreans are soo obsessed with surgery they always look completely different!
I always hear people say this. Surgery is common in Korea, but what people don't realize is that the stats also include skin treatments which contributes to the high percentage. Most Koreans are only getting double eyelid surgery, not changing their whole face. Looking at the drastic changes like the TV show in your pic are a novelty in Korea, which is why it's a show in the first place. Actually, most of the girls in Korea who were getting a lot of work done and wanted big changes were Chinese medical tourists kek
