Tangentially related: wondering if any other sweet lolitas feel a mite selfconcious about feeling under dressed at a meetup? Even if you exclude OTT things from both classic and sweet most of the new simpler classic releases are encrusted with gold printed ribbons, dangling pearl details and delicate fabrics; while even with busy prints, sweet remains pretty plain in comparison.

It's not that I don't like sweet anymore or that I need affirmation from my comm members I just sometimes feel like I am wearing a tracksuit to a ball, and wondered if anyone was feeling the same.

Shelby has aged gracefully and still wears lolita! She has posted a few coordinates sparingly in CoF. She suffered a loss in the family within the past year or so, and that led to her absence from the internet.
