In my eyes, it's ita. Switch your stocking color to white, make the shoes red, ditch the stripey bow (your skirt is already busy enough), change the bag out for a solid color (red or white), ditch the gloves and stripey bracelet(opt for a simple bracelet), and switch your necklace for something more simple (solid color choker, simple pearl necklace). As for your face, you can get away with some light foundation, pink lip tint, eye liner, and lengthening mascara. A wig styled like pic related would look cuter too.
