/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm working on a cosplay of the Bubble Head Nurse from Silent Hill 2. To me, it looks like she's wearing a second face on top of her existing (possibly a mask, maybe just a weird growth) face - she has a baby- or doll-like face and then right underneath it there's a second bump which looks like her normal chin to me.
I'm currently thinking of constructing her head like this: I'd build the core of the side "wings" of her head from pieces of foam, get a cheap blank mask and modify it to sit higher than intended, exposing my real chin underneath, and finally top it all off with fabric.
The problem is that I suck at sewing and getting the fabric to fit onto this complicated structure would require way more sewing skills than I have. What do?
