Does anyone have any tips for modding a sailor uniform for Ryuuko?

Has anyone ordered the 271 cosplay from bodyline?
Can the tie be switched out for a bow? I'm planning to use the red one bodyline sells for like 4 bucks.

Any tips for sizing? This is my first time ordering from bodyline and it seems like the measurements on their site are usually wrong.
I'm asian, 117 and 5'1. Decently busty.
I'm worried that my belly will show if I raise my hand or something. I heard that's been a problem with this product

Also in your honest opinion, would 271 look good in a cardigan sweater? Should I go for the seifuku above instead?
Sorry for asking so many questions, I'm a newbie at this.

I'm planning on buying a black serafuku (pic related) from Bodyline for Halloween. My measurements (91cm bust 74.8cm waist) seem to fit L the best but there is only 2L available for the style I like. Is it a good idea to get the 2L or will it be too big (on the website it says that 2L bust is 102cm)?

I have a dark blue sailor uniform, and I was thinking of using it for some sort of last minute cosplay, but I can't think of any characters that wear one. suggestions?
