Any advice on dealing with difficult comm members who drain the life out of you?

This person doesn't understand personal boundaries and insists on asking personal questions that I don't want to discuss in front of a group, let alone with her. An example is: Hows your new anxiety medication?
I've tried going to different meets when they haven't ticked 'going' on fb but they turn up, also tried not sitting near them, talking to them etc
All the usual things you can do to make a situation bearable I've tried as well as cutting all contact from them.

Talking to them about this problem is either ignored or makes them ask more invasive questions.
