Imo the reason most brolitas don't pass or look downright creepy is because they're doing too much.

Many seem to starve themselves in order to fit into brand, while completely forgetting that this will make their body and face even more angular. Girls can get away with being skinny and still having a soft face, but most men can't. Yes, Mana-sama was also very skinny, but he always had chubby cheeks. Normal body + full face > thin body + haggard face.
Same with styling, most are choosing hyperfeminine things which usually simply don't work for them. They associate femininity with things like high heels, but that only makes you look even taller and therefore weirder. Extremely long and poofy wigs plus lots of bows are also simply too much, the contrast between that and a manly face is too extreme. Same for deep lipstick colours: a rich red or pink can even make girls look tranny-ish, so as a man you should definitely stay away from that.
I know that this model is blessed with a naturally cute face but nevertheless look what he's doing: no wig, instead an androgynous half-long hairstyle (that also looks good with normie clothes), good foundation to cover any shadows, no contouring (that only makes you look harsher), no claw-like long nails, subtle eye makeup and a bit of natural blush and lipgloss to look cuter.
