Amazon or Aliexpress have $30-50 ones that are pretty good. Just check the reviews and photos to make sure it's not super-cheap fake-pockets 100% polyester or anything. There are a lot of Chinese brands with various names that sell suits and/or jackets with a picture similar to related that I usually go for to get my cosplay suits (make sure you double-check to see if they use Asian sizes or not), nice quality stuff.
You can also thrift or use sites like ASOS but the issue is that men's fashion usually goes for muted tones rather than bright Lupintic colors. "Quirky suit" brands like Opposuits I personally don't like because of the material but YMMV.
