I recently got one of Surface Spell's neck ruffs in the mail and it has a very strong mildew odor. I tried airing it out, but no luck and it's black, so bleach is completely out of the question. I was going to soak it in a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water overnight, but I dunno if that'll be strong enough. Any other tips for deep-cleaning delicate accessories?
