>It arrives Thursday, while I'm at work like a regular adult, and so they don't deliver the package due to no signature

>There is not even an option to schedule for re-delivery
>I would love to have picked it up earlier today, Sunday, but they're of course closed Sunday
>MFW they only give me 3 business days to pick up my package before saying they'll send it back to Japan, and this was only their first attempt to deliver it

What the fuck? Their site says that they will hold a package for FIFTEEN DAYS or after 3 attempts. This is the first attempt and not even a full week. Why are they threatening to send it back? I'm fucking lucky that I work an off schedule tomorrow and actually have a chance to go to the post office in person to pick it up otherwise I'd be fucked extremely. This is a VERY rare coincidence that my schedule lines up with the strict timing of this package.

But WHY are they only giving me 4 days to work with in the first place? I'm hoping that they don't mean I need to pick it up BEFORE the 20th. I swear, if I go to the post office tomorrow and get some "Oh, we already sent it to the sorting facility to be sent back" bullshit...

How are they even able to say they'll hold it 15 days and not keep their word? Am I able to call the Postal Inspectors on them for doing this?

On another note, I ALWAYS have to go to this post office because they never redeliver my packages even when I schedule redelivery. On top of that, I have a post office that's about a 5 minute walk from my house but the area code division of my house is weird and all of my packages get sent to the post office that's 20 minutes away. It's annoying as fuck.
