The biggest giveaway is usually the fact the merchandise can slide behind the white part at the front, I've never seen a knockoff that has the fabric separation like the original. Sometimes it can be hard to tell from just the bow, but this pic has stitching around the edge which is probably the easiest giveaway. They're usually the lowest quality ones from my experience too unfortunately.

Hey my husbando has insane character tax! $50 will net me a single canbadge if I'm lucky. I'm not a richfag by any means my salary barely reaches $1k a month (I'm part time because of health) but you know what I do? I save. I buy a little each month and I build it up slowly. I keep track of what's rarer to get and if I'm tight that month I'll pass a common item incase that grail comes up. I hate that people feel like they're constantly entitled to be a part of a hobby, especially a luxury hobby like this. You don't need a full A3 size tote with 48 badges and 16 acrylics, its ok to make a little bag!
