I'm happy but also full of dread. Everything about this job i'm interviewing for sounds horrible!

I'm gothic by nature but i've been reading Alice in Wonderland related material and now I want to wear sax and a pinafore. It's an odd feeling. Kind of fun, but no wayI'm going to actually dress up like Alice. I'd never live it down.

people secure in their size and weight don't have to tear others down on the internet for no reason. when people brag about how skinny they are, it just makes me think that they know they have no other interesting qualities outside of being thin.

I carry my weight terribly, I'm only 120 but I am short as fuck and carry my weight in my upper arms and legs. When I was bigger my face was rounder, and I fucking hated it, but now it has thinned out and I am freaking out about aging.

I also have a deep voice that is ugly and nasally.

Lolita has made me realise that the general population don't have basic fairy tale knowledge. I get that it looks like a costume to people who don't know, but I've got some real confusing comparisons.

Speaking of the dance, I'm kind of new to dances and this might be slightly off topic...

So the only time I dance is at the AX dance. Like, ever. I'm not great or anything but I just love getting lost in the music. Maybe I'll latch onto a train or two and watch some people in the dance circles, but other wise I'm always alone. I always get a few guys asking to dance with me, and I never know how to respond. I just try to politely decline because I don't know how to dance with another person. But does it look stupid if I'm just dancing by myself? Am I practically asking for it if I'm doing that? Am I being rude by saying no? I just always prefer to dance alone, because if a random stranger comes by then suddenly it feels like I have to perform or something and I get really anxious.

Is this normal? Am I being mean? No I don't have enough common sense to know this myself haha...

Apparently I looked like a former mischief maker or something. Kind of turned me off from the fashion that so many communities instead of talking to me banned me first.

I could always ask to be unbanned by mods but after that I really don't want to be a part of the Lolita community anymore.
