I don't think so, you can definitely tell when a character has black hair. Her hair is quite a few shades off from black. Personally I think that Homura cosplays with dark grey wigs look more balanced anyways.

Hi, I'm a guy who wants to dress up like Mio from K-on and dance around my room playing bass. I'm pretty big so I was wondering where the best place to buy a uniform form or if i should get a custom, and if so where from?

For reference I am 6'0 and 200lbs, big ass/back/quads/torso from squatting all day every day.
