I had a rhinoplasty and chin implant a month ago, it was 7 grand GBP. I'm a LOT happier with my face now, I don't look like Angelina jolie but i look normal and feel not ashamed going outside.

Personally I think if you want a change that badly and there's nothing else you can do, go for it. You have one life so why live it hating yourself. I agree with other anons that you shouldn't lie about it though
