May not work out best for Lucoa but I've had success in the past with using a light touch of acrylic paint to add or enhance wig colors. Based on these tutorials:

Because you're *coating* the wig fibers you need to be careful to use a light touch (a little goes a long way, don't worry) and be sure to work it through with a brush (paint or hair) and try watering it down. Again not sure how well this will work with a gradient-hair character like Lucoa but neon paints like picrel are really vibrant and help with that pop.
