While we're eon the subject of whites, I posted this at the end of the last thread. This dress is really bordering on light beige, not really ivory. Do I go for a white blouse/socks to match the cool blue roses, or ivory?

This dress is much more of a light beige (distinct from a cream) than the picture shows. So do I wear a white blouse or a cream? I'm afraid the cream will be be too much of a black/navy situation where you can't tell if you're going for one of the other. A cool white will compliment the blue roses, and then I was thinking beige or brown shoes. Any thoughts?
