Cosplaying as Patrick Star from the SpongeBob musical. Just gonna forego getting a wig and replace it with the “pope hat” from his big number.

It looks like a Clorox / bleach bottle but checking the parameters the circumference won’t fit my head.

The only options I have are make one out of paper and paper mache-ing it to avoid bending.

Any other suggestions/advice in that regard?
