I've seen many cosplayers that size with awesome, flattering and well made costumes, her outfit is just some shit she got cheap and lazyily found an excuse "genderbend-tumblr-snowflake-cosplay."

It's not funny. She has a legitimate medical disorder brought on by mental disillusion. People like this are morbid, meaning that they'll die extremely early if they don't receive medical intervention. Unfortunately, most American health insurances don't cover bariatric and nutritional specialists. And since most people view this kind of obesity as a black and white issue, they think it's as simple a fix as telling a fattie to put down twinkies.
