"Citizens of the EU" should generally be treated if not equally, then with a good deal of consideration. You know, not to mention they're humans and what they've suffered has been termed human rights abuses multiple times.

Lots of guys have told me it's attractive. They like seeing a girl getting dressed up and looking classy (if it's classic/gothic) or cute (if it's sweet).
I tend to think the same way. I think what some people fetishize about it is the traditional use of the term "lolita" as a fetish and not as a fashion. So when you say you dress in 'lolita' a guy could associate that with a sexualized fetish and not the layers of clothes, wigs, makeup, and ruffles that comes with the fashion (all of which are truly nuisances when it comes to actual sex if you ask me).

I get there's a sex appeal in the fashion, but I don't typically compare it to 'sexy' as in booty shorts and bikinis kind of sexy. I certainly wouldn't mind if a guy thought I was attractive or cute in lolita, but it might put me off if he ever said he wanted to fuck me in my brand. I don't get dolled up so some douchebag can get his rocks off destroying what took me awhile to ready.
