Dear Celine has one in "ginger". There's a few taobao stores that stock different blouse colours, the taobao thread might be able to find some for you.

Though to tell you the truth, if the colour is sensitive, I'd just pick out a fabric that you like and get a (local, non lolita) tailor to copy a blouse for you. (I'm not even sure if you can find lace in the right colour for it).
