The official masks are limited as fuck, on top of that if I remember correctly the creator only sells them at conventions and they only go to Japanese cons. DIY is going to be your most feasible bet, and even then it's not going to be cheap. Kigurumi masks are surprisingly hard to make to look nice like those.
