Normie standards aren't really relevant here, to be fair.
It depends a lot on what kind of gothic lolita you wear, but Moitie has released plenty of cutsews, and some old brand cutsews feature gothic designs... and you can also wear something like pic related and it's perfectly fine for casual gothic.
