what did she mean by this? seriously op, if you're being legit, doing things like soaping and douching your vagina can absolutely make it worse. try and pay attention, maybe use a menstrual tracker- is there a certain part of your cycle during which it's the most noticeable? is it a rancid/rotten odor, or it is just normal vaginal scent but stronger?

There's always a way, you're just making up excuses.
If you don't like or wear lolita anymore, sell them and fund a bigger passion or another style. Or get into other designer brands, there are a lot more extravagant/less mainstream ones.
