As for the tracking, the helper replied to my message, so I dunno why they have not forwarded it to you... Maybe you’ll leave your email here and I’ll send the number myself? I’ve checked the log now and it says the parcel has been shipped from my country on the 25th despite me leaving it at the post office exactly 10 days earlier... I guess it is the holiday season at its worst :c So you might have to wait an extra week for it to arrive
