I'm going to rephrase what I said about 'a life of abstract art'. I'm keeping up the practice, and I'm taking drawing 1 this semester for some hopeful guidance. Ever heard of Louis Wain? A lot of people love his art, but it absolutely terrifies me. I have the same condition, and I'm terrified it is why I am not improving. When I see his art, it terrifies me the idea I might not get better, but worse as years go on. I do want to be a master one day, but I'm terrified I may in the end devolve into a rainbow puke of colors. The fact I've not been improving with practice scares me that my mind is losing its marbles. My feel is done.

I think he also had dementia, which likely didn't help, but pic related is stuff of my nightmares. Like, this absolutely terrifies me.
