Setting up a PC like that would be very poor value wise. Although it can be done. Despite how rare uwu parts are, there is actually quite a number of ways to set a machine up. Although personally I recommend you go with a smol case from taobao instead.

Wdean Dora's R2S is tiny, and has a pikachu variant. Currently on pre-order, first batch expected to ship out mid April if you get in in time. You can probably contact the store via an agent to see if they'll be willing to do a custom pink version as well.
