because i knew exactly what to expect and was still disappointed, let me have this anon

A guy left me a one star review on Etsy on one of my charms because the actual keychain wasn’t “strong enough”.
He said that I probably just use cheap material because it means more profit for me, when that’s not even really the case.
I already sell my 3” double sided charms from zaps for only $13, I honestly am not looking for only “maximizing profits” like he said.
I’m gonna cry.
Not once did he try contacting me first or even ask for a replacement.. I just reached out to him asking if I could send him a replacement for free but honestly I feel like he’d just accept the replacement and not even update the review.
This is so frustrating..
