Well, I went to the Tokyo Rebel tea party in... Oh god, it was either 2011 or 2012, the one where we got to skype with Misako. Anyways, it was both of our birthdays and so I joked, "Twinsies!" and she just looked at me and said, "Not really." and looked away. I tried complimenting her coord later, too. (We were both waiting to use the restroom) She just raised her eyebrows, "My coord is all Baby. The bonnet, though, was custom made and cost nearly $200. It's superior quality and I had to get it shipped all the way from California." Not even a thank you... Just her explaining why she's superior.

And I'll repeat what I said before, how does this actually fix things? LJ might be dead, but it's not dead because it's Live Journal. Or more specifically, it's dead because it's not a site people make time to visit like social media sites. Why would they make time to visit a forum with far fewer members, and no mobile usability that's locked into the same problems (must register a specific account, not super mobile friendly, not developable).

The creator wrote a huge list of wishes, but failed to answer when I asked for a basic development plan or migration plan.

Ok, so, I'm a web dev, and this is like... a milanoo-quality website. This isn't better than LJ. If you want a real forum, and there is actual interest, draft an actual development plan. This isn't an improvement. It's just further decentralizing the community.

I got my first real brand piece in the mail a couple days ago;
A Victorian Maiden blouse.

However we had massive floods down south recently and the package got caught up in it as when I got it the entire thing was damage. It obviously got submerged or something.

I took the blouse out and it was fine but it was covered in the residue of wet paper - It had no cleaning tag on it so I swirled it around in room temperature water with a bit of detergent and the colour ran just a tad. Should be fine since I didn't have it wet for long and the water barely tinted but aurgh.

It's hanging out to dry right now but I'm pretty upset.

You kidding me? That only happens more often during the summer. After they're gone or learn how things are around here, you only get the occasional white knight or personal friend who defends the landwhales and uggos.
