Legit question: what's wrong with collecting/hoarding lolita clothes? What makes it worse than collecting, for example, MLP or Barbies or whatever toy series when being adult and you don't play with them? Or collecting rare mugs or plates and exhibit them in a cabinet in your living-room -and not actually eating from them-?
Lolita is a hobby and yes, clothes are made to be used by default, but also whatever-collection-item is made for a purpose that is not *just* collecting it. I hope I'm making some sense
