What's the best way to go about coloring my thick brown eyebrows with little more than:
>Concealer/foundation
>A gluestick
>A tube of Spirit cream makeup
I'm running some trials and even with several passes I'm having serious trouble getting coverage (just looks like I have frosted tips), but I'm afraid of concealing them then having whatever I paint on look even worse. Is it worth going to Target and trying to grab some white eyeshadow/eyeliner to help? Should I just cover them up completely?
