About 3 years ago I was in love with Minecraft so I made my boyfriend and I matching creeper heads out of foam board. We went to a Halloween party and people thought I was either

One girl yanked my "head" off without asking and put it on her head so her drunk friend could take a photo

The year before they had a costume competition at the local club and I got first place for my silent hill nurse costume

I don't blame them for not knowing but ffs the silent hill movie was FILMED in that town

Otherwise my cosplays are recognizable, I don't usually do really obscure characters, only once and I was so happy 2 people recognized me
